Parents and Friends
The Kearnan College Parents and Friends (P & F) is an active and valuable support for our school.
Their role is to engage with parents and caregivers, encourage new friendships between families and contribute in a positive way to the wellbeing of those within our school community. The P & F undertakes both fundraising and friend-raising activities throughout the year. Through targeted fundraising efforts, the P & F assists the school in providing additional resources and experiences for our students to enhance their educational and social development. Friend-raising activities provide opportunities for families to engage socially and build community. All parents and caregivers are automatically members of the P & F and we encourage their support throughout the year. At the Annual Community Meeting (ACM) held in November, the P & F Executive Committee is elected from amongst those who nominate for the roles.
